⚠️ UK Government LYING About Carbohydrate Requirements. Yup what a shocker right. UK government is saying if you're aged between 18-64 and male that you need 333 grams of carbohydrates a DAY to be healthy. What a load of bolloxs. The fact is that you need exactly ZERO grams of carbohydrates a day due to gluconeogenesis providing all the required glucose from fat and in starvation cases protein. I'll make a video on that soon though. The closer to zero you get the healthier you'll be.
